  •     Demonstration.  Demonstration.  Demonstration.  Actually selling with your people.  The evolution of RelationshipEdge sales training actually began a well over a decade ago.   One of the most frustrating occurrences for our founder, Ray Rodriguez, was participating in countless sales training programs and never getting to see the facilitators demonstrate the strategies and techniques they were teaching.  Surprisingly, Ray also encountered this ‘lack of demonstration’ with a few of the sales leaders he worked for at the beginning of his career.  Only 10% of the people Ray worked for were able to actually demonstrate the behaviors and techniques they were asking him and his fellow teammates to perform with clients. 

What was even more shocking and somewhat humorous was the answer Ray would often receive from these training facilitators and managers:

“Oh, it is too hard to get prospects on the phone and we would just be wasting the little time your company has paid for us to be together,” or something to that effect.  The world makes decisions based on what is shown and proved to them in front of their eyes, not what they hear in a meeting room role play…this is the difference with Aristotle Solutions
