Great first step
Something we often do is have a 'performance development strategy
meeting' with a sample population (and leadership) from your
organization. This two hour (maximum) meeting is useful for identifying
needs through group discussion and customizing potential curriculum.
This experience will also give you and your team a chance to see how
well we can engage your people and the facilitation style we just
described. In other words, you get to experience some real ‘training’
as well as gather valuable information from your key employees. How

About our founder
- Ray Rodriguez
Ray’s background is in Business/Sales, Education, Training and
Consulting. Truly a leader, both his diverse facilitation experiences
and client list are a testimony to his flexibility and prowess as a
trainer. Ray’s development as a business professional took place in the
rigorous New York marketplace where he honed his ability to deal
effectively with a wide range of groups. His strong sales and leadership
background led to his advancement as a consultant. Ray has helped
develop thousands of Fortune 500 employees and spends about 15-20 weeks
a year abroad delivering a variety of programs.
